INTECSEA APPOINTS URI NOOTEBOOM AS COO

Houston (October 22, 2009) – INTECSEA is pleased to announce appointment of Uri Nooteboom as Chief Operating Officer effective 12 October 2009.  Nooteboom will have operating responsibility for INTECSEA’s four global regions reporting to Ed Smith, CEO of INTECSEA, part of the WorleyParsons Group. 

Nooteboom brings 20 years of leadership experience with INTECSEA, most recently as Senior Vice President for its US, Latin America and Caribbean (US/LAC) operations.  He will continue to oversee US/LAC as he assumes the management role for the regional operations in Europe/Africa, Asia/Middle East, and Australia/New Zealand.

Nooteboom replaces Chris Tam.  We appreciate Chris Tam’s contribution to INTECSEA and wish him success in his future endeavors.
