During concept selection and detail design, INTECSEA’s construction management team works with the design and engineering team to ensure a design that is construction friendly, with construction problems designed away and to ensure a design that is cost competitive. INTECSEA’s construction management personnel also ensure procurement. Fabrication and delivery of materials and equipment are planned and implemented in order to meet the project construction schedules.
