Fitted to each end of a flowline jumper is a Pullhead assembly carrying the outboard hub, seal plate, gaskets and protection covers.
The upper structure provides the mating interface with the ROV operated Pull In Tool (PIT) and the lower tray provides the seabed-bearing surface. The lower tray also supports the end termination of the flexible jumpers and provides a smooth base to ride along the seabed.
The structure provides latching and alignment to the PIT. The piping assembly consists of an outboard hub, with seal plate and debris cover, connected via pipe bends to compact flanges, which mate with the flexible flowline end fitting. The pipe configuration will allow pigging.
