Subsea Christmas trees, manifolds, pipeline end terminations and riser bases are fitted with a compact, lightweight flowline porch assembly. This assembly comprises the inboard hub, which can be welded or flanged to the host pipe work, a clamp assembly that energises the gaskets and provides the connection. Docking funnels are used to interface with the ROV operated Pull In Tool (PIT).
The clamp assembly is energised by the “Retlock” bolts. These bolts are a Intec proprietary design and enable the upper clamp half to be removed and replaced without the need to remotely engage threads. The design also features emergency release facilities
