Project Management

INTECSEA provides project management as well as engineering services. All engineering work is managed on a project basis using standard tools and processes. INTECSEA also manages larger project engineering tasks that may include Integrated Project Teams (IPT), other engineering companies and subcontractors. This experience is demonstrated in the Chevron Agbami FEED and Frade FEED projects. INTECSEA can provide project management for offshore projects where a lead role is taken in vendor and construction management. An example of this is the multiple phases of the Burullus West Delta Deep development, offshore Egypt, where INTECSEA was responsible for all equipment supply and offshore construction management.
